Founder/Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
I’m a social worker, therapist, researcher, and relentless advocate for equity. With a PhD in Social Work and a private therapy practice, my work is rooted in a deep passion for mental health, particularly at the intersection of HIV/AIDS, trauma, and resilience. I’m not just interested in shaping the future — I’m committed to rebuilding it with equity and justice at its core.
Whether I’m designing trauma-informed, culturally responsive coursework, mentoring first-generation scholars, presenting at national conferences, or creating a scholarship in honor of my family and community, I lead with clinical expertise, cultural humility, and a heart that never clocks out.
I’m an academic, a clinician, a mentor, and a changemaker. I’m not just showing up — I’m here to rewrite the agenda.

Founder/Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their path toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. With over seven years of clinical experience, I’ve created a practice where compassion, safety, and empowerment are at the heart of everything I do. This is a space where you can show up as you are — and begin exploring life’s challenges with honesty and hope.
I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing — a method that helps build insight, clarify motivation, and spark sustainable change.
I believe healing is a deeply personal journey, and it’s a privilege to support my clients — both individually and in groups — as they reconnect with themselves, reclaim their stories, and create lives rooted in intention, purpose, and resilience.
